What to expect

BEFORE AND AFTER SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS

 

Clothing: Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is recommended so your body can move freely.

Hydration: Please bring water with you and make sure to drink plenty of water before and after your session to support the release and integration process.

Touch: Sessions involve very light touch or often no touch at all.

Suitability: Spinal Energetics is not recommended for pregnant women, mothers less than 4 months postpartum, individuals over 70 years old, children under 16 years of age and people with acute injuries or severe medical conditions.

DURING THE SESSION 

 

  • A gentle welcome, short consultation + breathwork to begin the session
  • Session lasts for 1 hour
  • During a session you may notice your body moving spontaneously, waves of emotion rising and releasing, or subtle sensations like tingling, warmth, or energy flowing through you.
  •  Every session is unique and varies from person to person. Please know that the movement is not the goal. The goal is to release, may it be through movement, sound or emotion. Trust that your body will guide the process in the way that best serves you.
  • After the session you'll receive an integration & aftercare tip sheet sent to your email.
